jbuzz Platform Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jbuzz platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and anyone using its services ("User", "you"). By accessing or beginning to use jbuzz's website, application, or any related services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. jbuzz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to the Bangladesh market and have been prepared in English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

To use jbuzz's services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Only those aged 21 or above may create an account and participate on the platform. We may request relevant documents for age verification at any time, and your account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Members of the same household may manage separate accounts from the same device or network, but each account must be registered under a different person's name and with a different payment method.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. Any changes to your information must be reported to us immediately. Providing false information may result in account termination, and in such cases any bonuses earned and winnings may be forfeited.

Accounts are for personal use only — you are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We strongly advise against sharing your password with any third party.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jbuzz currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions must be made through an account or card registered in your own name — use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour, though additional time may occasionally be required for identity verification or other security checks.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is approved, you must ensure that:

• Account identity verification has been completed.
• Wagering requirements for all active bonuses have been met.
• The withdrawal payment method is consistent with the deposit method.
• There is no suspicious activity on the account.

jbuzz reserves the right to review any withdrawal request for the purpose of preventing fraud or money laundering.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 (twenty) times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount or total balance. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met within a specified period.
• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering is completed.
• jbuzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

All games on jbuzz are operated by licensed software providers and results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. We work continuously to ensure fair play.

6.1 Sports Betting

When participating in sports betting, please keep the following in mind:

6.3 Technical Issues

jbuzz is not responsible for games interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or device issues. However, where possible, our system will automatically attempt to recover bets for the user's benefit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jbuzz and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Conducting transactions using another person's payment method.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activities.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Infringing the platform's intellectual property rights.

If suspicious activity is detected, jbuzz reserves the right to freeze the account and any pending withdrawals until an investigation is completed.

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, ensure that all active bets have been settled and any valid balance has been withdrawn.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by jbuzz

jbuzz may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any violation of these Terms is proven or suspected.
• If a discrepancy is found in identity verification information.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If the user is below the required age limit.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
